As such, slight variations in color, weave, or texture are inherent characteristics of the product and are not considered defects. These unique imperfections are part of the lamp’s natural charm and beauty.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item to process your claim.
